The new boyfriend

I just wanted you all to meet my new boyfriend. His name is Alex, and he's from Australia. We met at my public library, and although I thought he was obnoxious at first, I couldn't help falling in love. Of course, we have a few hurdles to get over, like his excessive love of home brewed beer, tank tops, and tight jeans. These are things I can get past. The thing that's really getting in our way is that he's a fictional character from an Australian tv show, but I think that we might be able to find a way to work around that. Our relationship is that strong.

He has one, but I don't want to share. I am in love with both of them. Sorry, I'm like that.

Come on! This guy is not your type, Maursupial. Maybe-- because of my extreme heterosexual nature-- I'm not a good judge of who a woman should or should not be attracted to, but this guy looks less like a real cowboy (See Marlboro Man) and more like a Village People cowboy.
I get your crush on Toby Stephens. I think he makes a smashing Edward Fairfax Rochester. You have every reason to love him.
I just hate to see my sister in love with a gay cowboy. It never works out.

One: he's Australian, not gay. They just love tank tops and sleeveless shirts. Two: watch a couple of episodes of McLeod's Daughters and you'll feel ashamed that you even for one second questioned his manliness or heterosexuality. So THERE!! Brokeback NOTHING!!

Convince him to ditch the at-home waxing kit and I am behind this relationship 100%!
